What disrupted the ritual most were the unseen details — inefficient home setups, poor workflow, cleaning, maintenance issues that turns something comforting into a chore.
Those personal pain points became the foundation.
Through hands-on experimentation and collaboration with local coffee roasters, the process began to clarify. Structure replaced guesswork. Then formal training followed — specialty coffee roasting certification, professional latte art study, and continued espresso education through immersive training in Italy. Not to chase credentials, but to understand the craft deeply enough to make it feel simple again.
